Purchasing

By purchasing any product from truetoselfworld.com, we request certain information (name, email, shipping address, credit card number, expiration date, etc). You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

We use the information we collect from you for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We do not store your credit card information. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Payment

We accept Credit Cards and PayPal. We only ship to the Billing Address of the Credit Card.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped inside of Canada are subject to Government (GST) and respective Provincial Sales Taxes (PST/HST). There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of Canada.

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 days of being received and take about 5-10 business days to arrive depending on the destination address. You will receive a confirmation email including tracking number once your order is processed. Exceptions to this policy include pre-orders and made to order items that may take slightly longer to ship.

Returns

All sales are final.
